Storage:

If Chilled  Keep Refrigerated (Below 5oC)
Use in 3 days of opening

If Frozen Keep Frozen (Below -18oC)
Use in 3 days of Defrost

Cooking Instructions : Season well & cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side on a lightly oiled preheated cast iron HOT pan, then put it in a pre heated hot oven (225) covered in foil and cook a further 10 minutes. Let it rest for 2 minutes before eating. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and the heat of the pan. For ideal eating we suggest aiming for no more than medium rare!
