Irish Prime Dry aged Ribeye.

A premium cut of beef that has been carefully aged to perfection, resulting in a tender and flavorful steak. This cut is taken from the rib section of the animal and is aged for several weeks in a controlled environment with precise temperature and humidity levels. During the dry aging process, the natural enzymes in the meat break down the muscle fibers, resulting in a buttery and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Cooking Instructions : Season well & cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side on a lightly oiled preheated cast iron HOT pan. Let it rest for 2 minutes before eating. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and the heat of the pan. For ideal eating we suggest aiming for no more than medium rare!
