Dry aged Prime Irish Angus sirloin.
Dry aged sirloin is a premium cut of beef that has been carefully aged to enhance its flavor and tenderness. This delicious steak is cut from the rear of the animal and is aged for several weeks in a controlled environment with precise temperature and humidity levels. During the dry aging process, the natural enzymes in the meat break down the muscle fibers, resulting in a tender and juicy texture.
