Peppered Pastrami that you can easily cook at home!

Produced at our factory in Watford.

Cooking Method: Bring a large pot to a boil and then place the bag of Pastrami (do not remove it from the packaging) in the pot and reduce the temperature to a gentle simmer. Leave the Pastrami to slow cook for approximately 4.5 hours. Remove the Pastrami from the bag and using a fork, gently probe the piece, if you find very little resistance, the piece is ready. If the piece is not fully cooked or as soft as you would like, you can tightly wrap it up in cling film and put it back in the pot to simmer until it has fully cooked through.
