Please note that this is a cured and smoked product, so the inside appearance may have a pinkish look about it - it is definitely 100% cooked!

Cooking Method: Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours. Once thawed, remove the chicken from the bag. To heat them in the oven, preheat your oven to 200°C, wrap the chicken in foil, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Take them out and baste it in a sauce of your house and finish it under the grill for 7/8 minutes to caramelise the sauce, but avoid overcooking to retain juiciness.
