Cooking Instructions : Season well & cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side on a lightly oiled preheated cast iron HOT pan. Let it rest for 2 minutes before eating. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and the heat of the pan. For ideal eating we suggest aiming for no more than medium rare!
