These beauties take 12 hours to produce. Often cited as the pinnacle of the bbq world! 

Our beef briskets are rubbed, then smoked over oak wood, sauced, and smoked some more!

Mouth watering delights! Just pop the bag of burnt ends in simmering water for 25 minutes, open bag, add more bbq sauce...or not... and then toss in a hot pan or under the grill to crisp them up. Thank us later!

Cooking Instructions: Defrost thoroughly. Place the bag in simmering water for 25 minutes. Heat thoroughly.
