1kg is enough for 6 large sandwiches.
Preparation: Simply pop the vacuum bagged pastrami in simmering water for 35 minutes, then open serve. Best eaten hot in a sandwich with English mustard and sweet & sour pickles. If bag is already open or you want to only use some of the product, you can steam individual slices. Avoid boiling in water as the flavour will be diluted.
Once opened, the product should be consumed or frozen within 3 days.
