Our Lamb Shawarma has all the tastes and spices you’d expect from the Middle East. Dry rubbed lamb shoulders are cooked low and slow until it breaks apart. Juicy, tender and absolutely delicious !
Shawarma is best served in pita or wraps, with salad, pickles, hummus and maybe a little chilli, or simply on rice.
500g would be enough for 4 shawarmas.
Preparation: Simply pop the vacuum bag in simmering water for 35 minutes, then open and serve.
