12 HOUR OAK SMOKED PULLED PORK
We dry rub pork shoulders with our in house rub, smoked for 12hrs over seasoned oak until the meat falls apart. JayD’s take on this classic dish will leave you craving more !
Eat it as it is or add your favorite BBQ sauce to finish it off.

Preparation: Simply pop the vacuum bag in simmering water for 35 minutes, then open and serve. Best eaten hot in a sandwich. Eat it as is or mix in your favourite BBQ sauce to finish it off.
