Our smoked hot link sausages are made using a blend of beef and pork, seasoned with warming spices and slowly smoked to develop a bold, savoury flavour. Juicy, smoky, and full of character, they’re perfect grilled, sliced, or served straight from the smoker.
Preparation: Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours. Once thawed, remove the sausages from the bag. To heat them in the oven, preheat your oven to 200°C, wrap the sausages in foil, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Alternatively, you can opt for a 10-minute steaming method. Finish with a quick pan-sear or grill for crispy perfection, but avoid overcooking to retain juiciness.
