Our smoked pork belly is cured and slowly smoked to achieve rich flavour and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. Finished with a gentle smokiness and natural richness, it’s a versatile cut that works just as well sliced thick, pulled, or crisped up for serving.
Cooking Method: Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours and then it can be eaten hot or cold. To warm it up, put the sealed bag in simmering water for 35-40 minutes.
